I moved to the Keys in 2020 after six years of being a snow bird in the winter and dreaming of a home in paradise. I know first hand what it is like to find the right home for your family. I started my real estate career in 2014 in NC. Having been in management positions in the insurance industry for over 25 years, I bring a wealth of experience in customer service and a passion to help my clients fulfill their dreams.
Building relationships with my clients, allows me to understand their wants and desires. My attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond ensures a successful and efficient transaction, whether the client is purchasing a home or selling one.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1982, where I was the co-captain of the women’s golf team. In my spare time, you will find me watching sports, fishing or cruising in my boat learning the beautiful water in the Keys. I have served as President and a Director of the Topsail Island Association of Realtors Board and was Realtor of the Year in 2018.

There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for Jane (Jill) and her expertise and patience. You would have to know the entire story to truly appreciate how hard she had to work to help me find a home in a very short time frame. I relied on Jill for realtor knowledge, which she carried out perfectly – making sure every little thing was done ethically and legally. I also was incredibly impressed with her ability to listen, actually hear, and respect my priorities and specific needs. Just one example was when she knew I may be moving in to an HOA, she not only sent me the HOA rules, she read them carefully with my needs in mind and contacted the management company to clarify some concerns that she recognized could have an effect on my decision before I even read them myself. I highly recommend Jane Pittman. She was also the agent that sold my house and again, I was blessed that she was the buying agent. We were not familiar with the area, but Jill was very helpful in finding what we were looking for. She is knowledgeable about the area and the properties available. We contracted Jill as a Buyer's Agent and she took very good care of us throughout the process, which was challenging because we were working from long distance.
